Our capabilities extend to quick-service restaurants and full-service restaurants alike. In each and every case, we work around the specific restaurant's operating schedule.

• We work closely with the managers of individual facilities to ensure access to the drive-throughs during peak times. Though we try to avoid peak times, this isn't always possible. You can't do exterior painting at night, after all.
• We generally handle interior project work - both in the kitchen and in the dining area - at night, during the third shift.
  • We use special low-temperature products to paint inside coolers and refrigeration units.
  • We clean and paint grease hoods.
  • To ensure cleanliness, we also do restaurant floors.
  • We can clean and freshen up drop-ceiling tiles using special products that won't stick to the tile framework. This process is about 70% cheaper than replacing tiles and won't hurt their acoustic or fire rating. Of course, we can replace tiles, too, if necessary.
  • In dining areas we can apply paint, wallcoverings, and faux finishes. We can even create wall murals (with our skilled artists getting restaurant management approval on a design prior to painting).

• The only thing we avoid during a restaurant's normal open hours is the entryway. We'll handle that after hours.
• We have the ability to paint menu boards and voice boxes.
• We paint pylon signs - even if they're 100 feet high.
• We can apply high-performance coatings - such as the copper package on Wendy's restaurants.
• Cleaning sidewalks and parking lots is another service we offer - to make the entire restaurant property look good. We do this after all painting has been completed.
• Our painters and other onsite personnel are always identifiable by the CertaPro uniforms they wear.
• We're a LEED-certified organization that uses environmentally safe, green products. That not only ensures health and safety but also helps restaurant facilities get their LEED points.
• We'll sit down with the management of any restaurant and put together a cleaning, painting, and/or maintenance schedule that meets their expectations completely - in terms of the final results, how we communicate with them, and how we execute the project from start to finish.
• When we're doing work for a restaurant chain - painting, say, 500 of its restaurants across the country - we'll coordinate our efforts to ensure that we maintain the client's unique brand identity from one unit to another.
